“It was not a good challenge. I spoke to Mac Allister and apologised to him,” Tarkowski said of the incident after the 1-0 defeat.
“When the ball was between us I thought Mac Allister was going to get it. It was a 50-50 situation in old football. “
But McAllister pulled away from the challenge as I was going at him and I clashed with him in a quite high area. I apologised and he accepted it.” Tarkowski
